Information you provide directly — such as your name, email, company, mobile phone number, and the details you share when you request a discovery call or book an appointment — and basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site.

To respond to your inquiries, schedule and deliver deployments, send appointment confirmations and reminders (including by SMS text message where you have opted in), improve our services, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell your personal information.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in on our booking form, we send SMS text messages related to your appointment — confirmations and reminders only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in (consent) data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this program — for example, our scheduling and messaging platform — and only so they can provide those services to us.

Our website offers an optional AI voice assistant you can talk to instead of filling out the application form. It is clearly identified as an AI. If you choose to use it, the conversation — including your voice audio — is recorded, transcribed, and stored, along with the contact details you provide before it starts (name, email, phone number). We use these recordings and transcripts to qualify and respond to your inquiry, schedule discovery calls, and improve the assistant. They are processed by the service providers that power the assistant and our scheduling systems, and are handled in accordance with this policy. If you prefer not to be recorded, simply use the application form instead.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through this site so we can improve it. It sets cookies and collects standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the referring source (including ad and campaign parameters). This data is aggregated to measure and improve the site; it is not used to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.

We also use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site itself — including session replays and heatmaps that record on-page interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. Anything you type into a form is masked in your browser before any data is sent, so form contents and other sensitive inputs are never captured. This data is used only to find and fix the parts of the site that confuse or lose visitors.

You can opt out using your browser's cookie controls or Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Deployments run inside your own environment. We operate under least-privilege access, controlled permissions, and secure configuration practices. We access client systems only as needed to deliver and support the agreed-upon work.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect — including your phone number and SMS opt-in data — against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

We keep inquiry and engagement records only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
